Active Chairman of the Board
Mr. Eisenberg serves as the Company’s active Chairman, commencing February 2019.
He held CEO positions in a variety of Hi-tech companies: TeraGroup (previously Novatrans), Wavion Ltd, a Metro WiFi company, Microsense Ltd., a medical device company and Optibase Ltd., a video networking company, in which he also served as Chairman. In his term, Optibase grew in sales from $8.4 M to $31M, was world renowned for its digital video equipment and has successfully completed two public offerings in NASDAQ, raising altogether nearly $90M.                                                                                 
Before joining Optibase, Mr. Eisenberg served as a Group Vice President with Elbit Ltd, managing a division with four companies in various technological areas.
From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Eisenberg served as an independent consultant to startups and in 2012, he co-founded Iskadu.com – developing applications for segments of the Hospitality Industry. 
Mr. Eisenberg holds a BSc degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
He is a retired Colonel of the Israeli Airforce, following a service of 20 years as a fighter pilot. During his service, he spent two terms as a squadron commander and held a senior position in IAF headquarters. 


Amatsia Raanan

Amatsia has vast experience in airborne systems and information systems design and implementation. He served as a pilot and an engineer in the Israeli Air-Force.  Amatsia served in managerial and business consultancy positions in several companies and organizations, among them Amdocs Israel Ltd. (NASDAQ: DOX). Amatsia has led Hip Hope Technologies since the outset of the venture. 
He holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel institute of Technology.



Prof. Arie Orenstein

Director, the Advanced Technology Center (ATC), Sheba Medical Center.
Prof. Orenstein served as the Director of the Sheba Medical Center Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Burns. Prof. Orenstein is an internationally recognized expert on the applications of lasers in medicine, and in particular the clinical application of Photodynamic Therapy (PDT), an experimental method utilizing light for the cure of Skin Cancer. 
Prof. Orenstein served as Co-Chairman of the Israel Medical Association and he was the Israeli representative on the board of the World Medical Association for 15 years. Prof. Orenstein is a member of numerous professional organizations dealing with the technical and ethical challenges of medicine.




Zvi Halperin

Zvi Halperin

CPA - Board member
Zvi has over 30 years of experience as a CFO and financial manager in Hi-tech companies as well as in the traditional industry sector. Among his other roles, Zvi served as the CFO and President of Optibase Ltd. Zvi has been involved in the IPO of the first Israeli public company in the Singapore stock exchange. He dealt with M&A transactions and other financial and managerial activities. Zvi is a certified public accountant. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.

Or is Head of Business Development in Starry Group, a multinational group of companies that offer comprehensive product manufacturing, with factories across China and Myanmar. 
In the past, Or worked in several Israeli startups and accelerators. 
She holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.
